We had our awesome staycation! However, we didn't get the 2-bedroom upon understanding from our inquiry that there is only 1 CR & shower for me, my husband and my son. But next time we can book in the 2-bedroom. We got 2 big rooms but unfortunately on different floors. But still the staycation was superb. I was a restful despite the paperwork that I have to do in the room while watch movies in the room and of course the relaxing shopping & dining that we had at the attached Galleria, without going out of the street.

I have upgraded my stay from King Deluxe room to 1br Suite— 1. Very accomodating front desk staffs, and security guards. Regardless of how I felt with the room, these staffs were superb in customer service. 2. Big and clean room (king Deluxe & 1br suite). 3. Location is very convenient

The staff were very helpful and warm. Check in and out was very quick. The room was massive. We like the fully carpeted floor. The view from our room was awesome. Play place was so cool. The family really enjoyed our quick staycation.

Location is great! It is beside the mall so all necessities such as water (they give daily small bottles for 2); restaurants; shopping are all in one place. Also, rooms are big typical of old traditonal hotels.

Housekeeping service was wonderful - always on time and left us extra water. Overall the staff was friendly and reliable. Jen, the receiptionist, was fantastic!
